Where are you located?
We have two locations: Leola, PA 109 N. Maple Ave. Leola, PA 17540 Our Hay Sales take place every monday in New Holland, PA 101 W Fulton St Rear, New Holland, PA 17557
How can I participate in your auctions?
You can participate in our auctions by registering through our online bidding platform or by attending the auction in person at the designated location. Both options provide full access to bid on available items.
Where do I pick up my purchased items?
The pick up information is stated at the bottom of your invoice.
How do I place a bid?
By Clicking on the Register to Bid Button in the main navigation bar of our Website. What is a bid extension? If an item is bid on in the Last 2 Minutes of the Lot Selling, the bid time is extended by 2 minutes to allow all customers an opportunity to bid.

What items do you accept?
Ag, construction equipment, and new building materials.
When can I bring my items?
Anytime during business hours. Mon–Fri: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Sat: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM, Sun: Closed
When do I get paid?
Within 10 business days post-auction.
Can I sell titled items?
Yes — you must include a notarized Power of Attorney form making Wolgemuth Auction POA. Do NOT sign the title.
Are my items secure?
Yes — our lot is fully fenced and camera-monitored.
Are all auctions hybrid?
Equipment auctions are online and in-person. Hay and lumber auctions are in-person only.
Can you hold an auction at my property?
Yes. We handle on-site sales or help you transport assets to our yard.
Titles, Fees, & Payout
What if my item has a title?
You must bring a valid title and a notarized letter making Wolgemuth Auction POA. DO NOT sign the back of the title unless we instruct you to.
What are your consignment fees?
Our rates are competitive and vary based on item type, volume, and required prep. You’ll get a clear quote at intake — no surprises.
When do I get paid?
Sellers are typically paid within 10 business days after the auction.
Format & Follow-Up
Are all auctions online?
Equipment auctions offer both in-person and online bidding. Hay and lumber auctions are in-person only.
Can I get a report of what sold?
Yes — we provide detailed post-sale reports including prices, and payout summary.
What happens if an item doesn’t sell?
You’ll have the option to reclaim it or the item will automatically relist in the next auction.
